Wildwater Canoeing is an exceptionally physically demanding discipline that tests athletes technique and speed to the limits. There are two types, classic and sprint.

Canoe Polo is a dynamic team sport contested on open water or in a swimming pool with two teams of five. Matches are played over two halves of 10 minutes with the aim to outscore your opponents.

This discipline is a true test of a paddlers tactics, endurance and athleticism. Both canoe and kayak are raced with the standard distances up to 30km.
